The Schaefer WI-1000P Outside Wall Air Intake’s modular design is constructed of molded white polyethylene. The result? Years of trouble-free service. Easily installed, it fits between 24-inch stud spacings.

Here’s how the intake works: As the speed of the exhaust fans change, the air intake’s built-in damper will open and close automatically, supplying the correct amount of air to the fans, allowing proper exhaust of air out of the building. The Automatic damper has an adjustable stainless steel spring which allows for adjustment to compensate for proper building static pressure.
