Schaefer Shutter Fans

The Schaefer Shutters Fans are equipped with louvers to keep the heat where it belongs: in your greenhouse. If you’re having trouble keeping the hot air in your greenhouse during cold months, then you need a shutter fan.

Shutter intakes are placed on the opposite end of the greenhouse. They are motorized to prevent the wind from opening them when ventilation is not necessary. For added protection against greenhouse humidity, motors are completely enclosed. The metal fan blade guard is vinyl coated. Fan louvers and shutters are made from industrial-grade rustproof PVC.

Schaefer equipment can be used with any greenhouses, large or small. Some wiring required. Equipment requires standard 110/120-volt electricity. If you do not know what size fan you need, contact us for assistance.
